Job summary

Accelerant seeks a senior professional to lead Agentic MGA program implementations from idea to production in the United States. The role requires orchestrating cross‑functional teams including Forward Deployed Engineers and platform engineers to translate insurance products into agentic systems and ensure successful launches.

You will own timelines, risk management, and stakeholder communications, while building scalable playbooks to increase speed and quality of future implementations.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of relevant P&C insurance and technology experience.
• Track record leading complex cross-functional implementation or transformation programs.
• Credibility with insurance professionals and confidence leading senior client conversations.
• Technical fluency and ability to partner with engineers and underwriting teams.
• Exceptional prioritization, problem solving, follow-through and execution bias.

Responsibilities

• Own each Agentic MGA program implementation end-to-end and lead launch.
• Lead executive-level discussions with MGAs and translate needs into requirements.
• Build project plan, milestones, risks, and provide executive updates.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and platform engineers to translate product into an agentic system.
• Set engineering priorities, deadlines, and resolve blockers.
• Own UAT plan, readiness, issue resolution, and training plan.
• Create a repeatable implementation playbook to speed launches.
• Maintain relentless bias for execution and member value.
