Responsibilities

• Own reference architecture and engineering standards for production agentic AI systems.
• Design reusable agent execution harnesses separating reasoning from execution.
• Lead multi-agent workflows, memory, tool calling, and long-running processes.
• Define interfaces for various model types and routing decisions.
• Architect retrieval, context, and memory services with RAG and vector databases.
• Establish MCP servers, APIs, tool registries, and enterprise integrations.
• Define observability, reliability, security practices including guardrails and data protection.
• Lead cross-functional architecture decisions and mentor engineers.
