Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Solution or Application Architect focused on development.
• 8+ years hands-on in Java, .NET or Python.
• Hyperscaler architect certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• 6+ years delivering production AI/ML solutions incl. Generative/Agentic AI.
• 3+ years developing AI/ML apps in Python/Java/.NET.
• 1+ year designing production agentic workflows with orchestration and guardrails.
• 1+ year using Claude Agent SDK and Claude models in production.
• 1+ year leading projects or engagements translating problems into AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Anthropic apps and platforms.
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs and AI/ML models for production.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align with strategy and governance.
• Design on hyperscaler platforms using containers, serverless, and managed DBs.
• Ensure security, data privacy, and defense against adversarial attacks.
• Lead and mentor development teams; manage multiple workstreams.
