Job summary

Adobe seeks a Sr. Applied AI Engineer to drive scalable AI agents and end-to-end workflows that compress sales cycles and streamline campaigns across routes to market.

You will partner with Sales Ops, Campaign Specialists, Product Managers and Data/Analytics engineers to deliver robust AI solutions using multiple LLM stacks, agent orchestration systems, and vector databases on AWS/Azure with Docker/Kubernetes. This role emphasizes production-grade code and rigorous testing.

Qualifications

• BS/Advanced degree in quantitative fields (CS, Data Science, AI/ML, analytics).
• 7+ years in applied AI engineering or related roles.
• ≥2 years in agentic development or related work with context and timely engineering.
• Expert-level Python with modular, typed, well-tested code.
• Experience building real-time agents and batch agentic workflows.
• Experience with multiple LLM stacks and agent orchestration systems.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure, REST APIs, and Docker/K8s.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and Databricks/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Build, tune, and refine AI agents to digitize and streamline sales tasks.
• Implement prompts, context, and strategies for efficient outputs.
• Research and implement API/MCP integrations.
• Create orchestrated workflows across multiple agents.
• Apply data transformations to align source data with agents.
• Maintain docs, monitor performance, and adapt to evolving tech.
