Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; PhD a plus.
• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering or data science with production AI/ML experience.
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability and experimental design (A/B testing).
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and LLMs; cloud AI services (GCP/AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI agents.
• Architect integration with ERP/CRM/SCM/WMS ensuring robust data flows.
• Develop advanced agent functionalities: multi-agent collaboration, long-term memory, dynamic tool creation.
• Mentor engineers and improve agile practices within the AI CoE.
