Job summary

National Church Residences' Commons at South Cumminsville in Cincinnati seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of an 80-unit affordable senior community.

You will supervise on-site staff, ensure HUD/LIHTC compliance, manage leasing, budgets, and resident relations, and coordinate move-ins/outs. This role emphasizes strong leadership and regulatory knowledge within a senior housing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years affordable housing property management experience
• CPM or ARM certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership and communication
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations, budgets, and policies
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs
• Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy
• Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins/outs
• Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports
