Richman Property Services (RPS) seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead the affordable housing portfolio across South Florida, including Naples, LaBelle, Lake Worth, and West Palm Beach. You will drive operations, supervise managers, and shape community outcomes in a growing national organization.

The ideal candidate has LIHTC experience, strong Yardi know-how, multi-site oversight, and a commitment to excellence in Fair Housing and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience preferred
• Experience with LIHTC communities required
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations across South Florida.
• Mentor and develop all Property Managers in the region.
• Drive revenue by optimizing gross rent and reducing vacancies.
