Job summary

LaserAway seeks a Lead Clinician to drive clinical excellence across home and regional clinics. You will lead hands-on aesthetic treatments, mentor staff, ensure safety, and collaborate with leadership to meet revenue goals. Travel regionally may be required.

You will supervise clinical operations, maintain high standards, and empower teams to deliver outstanding patient care and experiences in a fast-growing aesthetic dermatology environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
• 2 years of clinical experience; 1 year in aesthetics or leadership preferred.
• Training or mentoring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care across aesthetic treatments.
• Administer treatments including laser hair removal, body contouring, injectables.
• Conduct patient consultations and skin assessments.
• Mentor clinicians and develop staff to maintain top-tier care.
• Collaborate with Location Director and PCCs to optimize clinic performance.
• Travel regionally to train and standardize protocols across locations.
• Oversee inventory and equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
• Drive scheduling efficiency and patient flow to improve clinic performance.
• Address patient concerns via the Patient Concern Queue to build trust.
• Support sales initiatives by educating patients on additional services.
• Foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
