Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Lead Clinician to drive clinical excellence across home and regional clinics. You will mentor staff, perform hands-on aesthetic treatments, and uphold safety and quality standards to ensure exceptional patient care.

You will collaborate with the Location Director and PCCs to optimize operations, travel regionally for training, and lead by example in a fast-growing aesthetic dermatology environment.

Qualifications

• RN/NP/PA license required.
• 2+ years clinical experience; 1+ year aesthetics or leadership preferred.
• Advanced clinical skills in non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of aesthetic treatments with emphasis on safety and patient satisfaction.
• Perform detailed skin assessments and educate patients on procedures.
• Lead and mentor clinical staff to uphold high standards.
• Collaborate with Location Director and PCCs to optimize clinic performance.
• Travel regionally to support regional clinics and standardize protocols.
• Manage inventory and equipment while ensuring safety compliance.
• Improve workflows and patient scheduling to boost clinic efficiency.
• Address patient concerns through feedback channels to build trust.
