Role Overview

As a Lead Aesthetic Sales Consultant, you’ll set the tone for exceptional client service, lead strategic sales initiatives, and develop top sales talent. In addition to performing advanced consultations, you’ll coach Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to achieve sales goals and elevate the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver premium client care by providing personalized consultations and guiding treatments.
• Drive revenue by achieving individual targets and coaching PCCs to refine consultative selling.
• Lead by example, mentoring PCCs in upselling, cross-selling, and objection handling.
• Collaborate with the Location Director to align clinic goals and enhance operations.
• Oversee scheduling and workflow to maximize productivity and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify and train PCCs on advanced upsell and cross-sell techniques to increase clinic revenue.
• Support financing processes, assist clients with financing options, and train PCCs to streamline the process.
• Foster team development by conducting huddles, sharing sales strategies, and motivating the team.
• Contribute to operational excellence by supervising front desk operations and supporting clinicians.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: 4+ years of sales experience with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities; passion for customer service and team development.
