Job summary

LaserAway seeks a Lead Clinician to drive clinical excellence across home and regional clinics. You will lead hands-on aesthetic treatments, mentor staff, ensure safety, and collaborate with leadership to meet revenue goals. Travel regionally may be required.

You will supervise clinical operations, maintain high standards, and empower teams to deliver outstanding patient care and experiences in a fast-growing aesthetic dermatology environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
• 2 years of clinical experience; 1 year in aesthetics or leadership preferred.
• Training or mentoring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care across aesthetic treatments.
• Administer treatments including laser hair removal, body contouring, injectables.
• Conduct patient consultations and skin assessments.
• Mentor clinicians and develop staff to maintain top-tier care.
• Collaborate with Location Director and PCCs to optimize clinic performance.
• Travel regionally to train and standardize protocols across locations.
• Oversee inventory and equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
• Drive scheduling efficiency and patient flow to improve clinic performance.
• Address patient concerns via the Patient Concern Queue to build trust.
• Support sales initiatives by educating patients on additional services.
• Foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture.

About the Role

Lead Clinician

This role combines hands on aesthetic treatments operational leadership and clinical training ensuring consistency and excellence across your home clinic and regional locations Youll collaborate with the Location Director and Patient Care Coordinators PCCs to optimize clinic performance uphold safety and quality standards and foster a culture of teamwork and growth Your leadership will directly impact patient satisfaction staff development and clinic success This role is based in our Location with a starting hourly rate of 5500 plus additional performance based incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care
• Administer a variety of aesthetic treatments including laser hair removal body contouring injectables and skin rejuvenation while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
• Conduct Patient Consultations Perform detailed skin assessments provide personalized treatment recommendations and educate patients on procedures aftercare and expected outcomes
• Maintain Clinical Excellence Enforce LaserAways high standards for safety compliance and clinical protocols ensuring every patient receives outstanding care
• Mentor and Develop Clinicians Train and guide clinical staff fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth to maintain top tier patient care standards
• Collaborate with Clinic Teams Partner with the Location Director and PCCs to align clinic operations achieve revenue goals and create an exceptional patient experience
• Support Regional Clinics Travel as needed to assist in training standardizing protocols and maintaining consistent clinical operations across locations
• Oversee Inventory and Equipment Ensure proper inventory management maintenance of clinical equipment and adherence to safety protocols
• Drive Operational Efficiency Proactively manage patient schedules and optimize workflows to enhance clinic performance and patient satisfaction
• Address Patient Concerns Monitor and resolve patient feedback through the Patient Concern Queue to build trust and loyalty
• Support Sales Initiatives Educate patients on additional services treatments and promotions to help achieve clinic revenue goals
• Cultivate a Positive Environment Lead by example to create a supportive team oriented clinic culture that boosts morale and encourages collaboration

What Were Looking For

• Education Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RNNPPA license
• Experience 2 years of clinical experience 1 year in aesthetics or leadership preferred
• Training or mentoring experience is a plus
• Skills Advanced clinical skills in non surgical aesthetic treatments strong consultation abilities and Google Suite proficiency
• Leadership A collaborative and motivational leader with exceptional problem solving and organizational skills
• Flexibility Willing to work weekends evenings and travel regionally
