• Identify and implement improvements to execution discipline and predictability across software systems, lab, and integration teams.

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Software Integration Engineer to support the A-MH program located in Berkeley, MO. This position provides program-wide coordination of software integration across shared laboratories, integration environments, and representative system environments. The selected candidate will align execution to milestone schedules, manage dependencies, and ensure integrated software capability delivery is on schedule.

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate assigned software insertion, baseline alignment, and integration readiness across embedded and other onboard systems
• Assess dependencies, execution risks, and handoffs needed to support integrated software capability delivery

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree
• This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
• 7+ years of experience with software requirements, software design, hardware software integration and testing
• 5 + years of experience performing software integration with hardware, firmware, and other software, including coordination with interfacing technical teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Active Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• Background supporting complex aerospace, tactical aircraft, or other high-performance defense or military development programs with significant software and hardware integration
• Familiarity with laboratory, system integration, hardware-in-the-loop, software-in-the-loop, or similar representative integration environments
• Demonstrated success working across multiple disciplines and organizations to integrate software products in shared environments
• Working understanding of software configuration management principles including baseline control, version status, and release content, sufficient to coordinate effectively with software configuration management stakeholders
• Experience coordinating readiness activities across multiple organization and distributed environments
• Skilled in communicating software integration status, risks, and recommended actions to technical teams, integration stakeholders, and program leadership
