Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a seasoned program management leader to guide large, complex development initiatives. You will mentor a team of program managers, drive IPDS-based execution, and align scope, schedule, cost, and quality across global locations.

The role requires a PMP and experience delivering engineering projects on time and within budget, with strong communication, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or relevant discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in engineering program management or related roles.
• Proven track record of delivering engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor team of program managers as they direct work and approve resource requirements.
• Lead integrated program teams through the IPDS process.
• Drive performance management and talent development for the team.
• Own and execute a programmatic Management Operating System for on-time execution.
• Employ PM tools and processes, including SOW, WBS, BOE, scope/requirements, scheduling and cost management.
• Manage risk across programs.
• Coordinate with functions to ensure technical performance, schedule, and cost alignment.
• Communicate complex program and financial issues to all levels, linking performance to strategies.
