Qualifications

• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years or MS with 1+ years of related experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in integration and testing of high voltage power electronics converters and related boards.
• Experience converting requirements and schematics into test plans with pass/fail criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware and software integration tests for high performance aerospace power electronics products.
• Specify, design, and test electrical aspects of airborne power conversion and distribution systems.
• Define test plans, run test cases, and generate reports for board/module bring-up and system integration.
• Lead tester designs from conception to production for tester hardware, including development test cases, station build, and maintenance.
• Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes and drive cross-functional resolutions.
• Support flight test data review and analysis for airborne power electronics products.
• Drive continuous design and performance improvements and provide feedback to teams.
