Eaton’s Aerospace Fuel Motion Control division seeks a Lead Project Engineer – New Product Development to guide hydraulic actuation design for aerospace applications. You will lead cross-functional IPTs, perform CAE analyses, and drive product designs through all stages of development to meet customer and industry standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, 5+ years in mechanical/project engineering, experience with 3D CAD, GD&T, FMEA/DFSS, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
Minimum five years in mechanical and project engineering for product design.
Experience with 3D CAD and GD&T.
Knowledge of DFSS, FMEA, RCCA, and DOE beneficial.
ITAR familiarity and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Provide technical design, analysis, and guidance for new product development and improvements.
Lead cross-functional IPTs to design, analyze, and implement product designs across lifecycle.
Lead root cause investigations and cost-reduction studies.
Develop design standards, engineering drawings, test procedures, and documentation.
