Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Manager to lead the F-35 Mission Systems Sustainment Supply team, guiding ~20 Item Analysts to ensure timely delivery of materials to the global F-35 Fleet and manage repairs and orders to meet customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with Lockheed Martin teams, the Government Program Office (JSFPO), OEMs, warehousing and transportation providers, and F-35 customers to optimize sustainment operations and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated prior experience with leading teams and/or project teams.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects and/or serving as the liaison in a cross-functional environment; ability to work without frequent oversight and tenacity to accomplish assignments
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with customers and key stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience creating presentations and presenting to senior-level company executives and customers

Responsibilities

• Direct leader for a team of approximately 20 Item Managers; oversee delivery of materials to the global F-35 Fleet and repair/order management to meet customer outcomes.
