Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Field Support Engineer Manager to lead a team assigned to MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina, in support of the F-35 program. The role includes on-site supervision, troubleshooting, and direct interaction with customer personnel to resolve maintenance and modification issues.

The position requires active DoD security clearance, willingness to deploy, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisor/manager experience.
• 5 years of experience in Vehicle Systems (APG) and/or Mission Systems (Avionics) and/or SLO/Structures on F-22 and/or F-35.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSE team to resolve on-site maintenance issues for F-35 aircraft.
• Coordinate with customer personnel and report status to program management.
• Provide on-site support, training, and deployments as required.
• Manage and track multiple engineering and logistics support activities.
