Job summary

Berkshire East Ski Resort is seeking a supervisor to oversee Guides at the Aerial Adventure Park and Treehouse Park. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, review time cards, and greet guests with course information.

You’ll verify waivers, tickets, and safety rules, assess guest suitability, and ensure proper equipment use. The role includes basic first aid, inspections, and occasional training. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

• Be friendly, engaging and connect with guests of all ages.
• Previous experience working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all staff in Aerial Adventure Park and Treehouse Play Area.
• Schedule staff for shifts and review time cards and payroll.
• Greet guests, provide course information and directions.
• Ensure waivers signed, tickets purchased, and age/weight restrictions met.
• Assess guest age/skill level and provide recommendations.
• Verify equipment use is safe and monitor guest safety on course.
• Monitor ticket times and manage course availability.
• Perform course and gear inspections and maintain documentation.
• Provide basic first aid and assist with park upkeep.
• Cover shifts as needed and support managers.
