Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a technically strong Program/Capture Manager, Associate Director to lead capture and execution of Advanced Materials programs for DARPA, AFRL, ONR. You will drive winning proposals, manage AMTT portfolios, and mentor teams onsite at multiple U.S. locations, including Portsmouth, RI.

The role requires a bachelor’s in STEM with extensive experience in materials engineering and a transferable security clearance; relocation benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Experience in capture management and/or managing technology development programs.
• Experience creating advanced materials research and development projects.
• Network with U.S. Government R&D organizations, labs, FFDRDCs, industry leaders.

• Lead engineering teams to address customer-identified tech needs and gaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams to create white papers and winning proposals.
• Lead program teams in successful execution of technology-focused contracts.
