Responsibilities

• Own operational objectives, work plans, staffing, and budgets for multiple concurrent energy development efforts.
• Establish adherence to budgets, schedules, and resource plans across parallel programs.
• Direct hardware/software requirements generation and modeling; set methods and standards.
• Oversee system-level risk registers and drive cross-program mitigation decisions.
• Govern system architecture and use conditions across the portfolio; oversee test-method development and verification plans.
• Set direction for HW/SW teams to ensure integration into effective system designs across programs.
