Job summary

Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, seeks a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager for Advanced Tissue Models. You will lead cross-functional teams through new product development and sustaining engineering, coordinating initiatives from design to go-live and post-launch support.

The role requires strong communication, 5+ years in project management, and experience with Design Controls.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in new product development and commercialization.
Experience leading complex projects in medical device, engineering, or clinical fields.
Proven ability in overseeing new product development through Design Controls and launches.
Strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumen.
Exceptional communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience.
Experience working with healthcare stakeholders and executives; clear leadership communication.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams for NPD and revisions; monitor from initiation through delivery and post-launch support.
Create and maintain project plans, dashboards, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure adherence to ATM Design Control and lead phase gate activities.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver on schedule and within budget.
Organize team meetings, design reviews, and phase gate exit boards.
Provide updates on status, risks, and mitigations to leadership.
Support goals alignment with business units; plan and prioritize team work.
Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Regulatory, and Training for go-to-market.
