Job summary

BELFOR Memphis is seeking an experienced Advanced Carpenter Level 4 to support reconstruction projects. You will oversee multiple projects, train team members, and ensure high-quality workmanship across commercial, industrial, and institutional sites.

You must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed, travel periodically, and uphold BELFOR safety and customer-service standards.

Qualifications

• Supervision of BELFOR employees and occasional subcontractors on varied sites (residential, commercial, industrial).
• Basic and intermediate level carpenter staff training across job facets.
• Maintaining equipment and safe, high-quality workmanship on projects.

Responsibilities

• Recognize potential problems and request guidance promptly.
• Train Carpenter Basic and Intermediate level team members.
• Answer questions and direct complex issues to the right resource.
• Construct containment for dust, debris, and contaminants.
• Work on Metal Framed Walls, ceilings, roofing as required.
• Perform tasks using BELFOR methods for salvage and labeling.
• Identify insulation types and R-values.
• Apply skills to trim, doors, cabinetry, insulation, rough framing, and siding.
