Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Supervisor to direct daily operations of our Intensive Care Residential Homes in West Chester and Berwyn. You will supervise staff, ensure quality services, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in alignment with Devereux’s Philosophy of Care.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in human services, 3+ years in the field with at least 1 year supervisory experience, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services or related field.
• Three (3) years of human service experience required. At least one (1) year of supervisory experience required.
• The IDEAL candidate will be empathetic, a team player, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, understand behavior management and positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements.
