Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Discovery ADME Project Leader (Radioligand Therapeutics) to drive integrated ADME strategies across discovery programs. The role focuses on radioconjugates, PK/PD, and translational modeling to enable data-driven candidate selection.

Location flexibility includes Boston, Indianapolis or Louisville with a strong emphasis on cross‑functional leadership. The candidate will collaborate with Medicinal Chemistry, DMPK, Toxicology, and Pharmacology to shape go/no-go decisions, mentor

Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or closely related field.
• Experience in Radioligand Therapeutics (Radioconjugates) is preferred.
• Strong ADME knowledge and translational science experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated preclinical ADME strategies aligned with discovery stage and regulatory expectations.
• Lead ADME strategy across PK, metabolism, and translational data to support candidate selection.
• Collaborate with Medicinal Chemistry, DMPK, Toxicology, Pharmacology and Discovery Functions to drive candidate selection with PK/PD data.
• Represent ADME in governance discussions and leadership reviews.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to capability building.
• Maintain inspection-ready documentation and alignment with regulatory expectations.
