Job summary

Lilly, headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Discovery ADME Project Leader for Radioligand Therapeutics. You’ll drive integrated preclinical ADME strategies, align PK/metabolism with design hypotheses, and guide translational modeling to support dose selection and safety assessments.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, shaping molecule design strategy, and partnering globally to ensure the right molecule is advanced at the right time.

Qualifications

• PhD (or equivalent) in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• Deep ADME expertise in radioligand or radioconjugate programs.
• Ability to integrate biology, chemistry and modeling in decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Keep Safety as a priority.
• Develop and execute integrated preclinical ADME strategies aligned with discovery stage and regulatory expectations.
• Lead ADME strategy across PK, metabolism, and mechanistic disposition to de-risk programs.
• Enable translational simulations and modeling to support dose selection and PK/PD design.
• Guide screening funnels (in silico to in vivo) and translate findings into actionable design.
• Collaborate with Chemistry, DMPK, Toxicology, and Pharmacology to drive candidate selection.
• Represent ADME in portfolio governance and leadership reviews.
