Qualifications

• PhD (or equivalent) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacometrics, Systems Pharmacology, Preclinical or Clinical Pharmacology, Drug Metabolism, Toxicology, Chemical Biology, or related field.
• 2+ years of post‑graduation industry experience in a Radioligand Therapeutics (Radioconjugates) drug discovery environment.
• Subject matter ADME expertise and a working knowledge of medicinal chemistry and Toxicology principles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated preclinical ADME strategies aligned with discovery stage, target product profile (TPP), design hypotheses, and regulatory expectations.
• Lead Radioligand Therapeutics ADME strategy, aligning PK, metabolism, and mechanistic data with safety signals to de-risk programs and enable data-driven candidate selection.
• Integrate ADME with pharmacology and toxicology to enable translational simulations and PK/PD study design.
• Define screening, decision funnels, and translational modeling for stage- and modality- appropriate decisions.
• Collaborate with Medicinal Chemistry, DMPK, Toxicology, Pharmacology, and Discovery functions to drive high quality candidate selections.
