Job summary

Qualifications
- Requires HS Diploma or AA/AS with 4+ years of related experience.
- Strong understanding of mechanical/manufacturing principles and basic troubleshooting.
- Reading drawings, GD&T and 3D modeling knowledge.
- Experience with multi-laser powder bed fusion systems.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain additive manufacturing equipment, including setup, operation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance to machine operators to ensure safe, consistent production.
- Prepare machine build files for production, development and cost-estimating activities.
- Investigate equipment failures and process issues with RCCA activities.
- Monitor OEE and equipment utilization to improve performance.
