Job summary

Divergent is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Print Supervisor to lead a growing team operating Monolith LPBF systems in a high-reliability production environment. You will own day-to-day prints, enforce standards, and drive continuous improvements across safety, quality, and throughput.

You will hire and develop technicians, establish training aligned with aerospace requirements, and partner with Engineering to close gaps in processes and instructions.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading complex manufacturing operations in high-performance environments.
• Experience building, coaching, and retaining technical teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive decisions and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own daily print operations with accountability for safety, quality, throughput, and delivery.
• Establish objective performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across the print operation.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a growing team of additive manufacturing technicians.
• Establish rigorous training and qualification standards aligned with aerospace and defense requirements.
• Build technical depth and bench strength across the organization.
• Develop future technician leads and frontline leaders through structured coaching and development.
• Establish and reinforce standardized work, procedures, audits, and documentation systems.
• Identify gaps in processes and work instructions and partner with Engineering and Manufacturing Development to close them.
• Foster a culture where technicians understand not only what to do, but why it matters.
• Identify operational risks and scheduling constraints before they impact production commitments.
