You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop processes, qualify new products, and implement manufacturing standards across coating and post-processing steps to meet customer requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical reference for materials, coatings, and assembly applications for customers and internal teams.
• Read and discuss customer specifications, manage qualification meetings, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Analyze production steps with MTM concepts, assign controls, and coordinate with production manager.
• Develop processes from customer requirements, create files and build programs, and qualify new products from kickoff to release.
