Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of surface treatments such as electroplating and anodizing is preferred.
• Knowledge of Nadcap requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate processing techniques and establish processing parameters according to customer specifications.
• Develop appropriate tooling and fixturing for processing of customer’s parts.
• Document established processing techniques and troubleshoot chemical processes as necessary.
• Provide technical supervision and support for production personnel.
• Coordinate and support root cause determination and corrective action implementation when product related.
• Determine and implement corrective actions when root cause relates to processing methods or process malfunction.
