Rise Technical is seeking a Quality Engineer / Additive Manufacturing Engineer in Wilmington, MA to lead post-printing operations for metal additive parts. You will oversee heat treatment, machining, inspection, and the creation of qualification reports, driving repeatable processes for scalable production.

• Experience in metal additive manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of heat treatment and machining.
• Experience with first article inspection and metrology.
• Ability to develop SOPs and control plans for launches.

Responsabilités

• Lead post-printing operations for metal additive parts, including heat treatment, machining, and finishing.
• Develop and optimize process routes to qualify customer parts with validation and DOE when needed.
• Perform first article inspection with microscopy and dimensional metrology; produce qualification reports.
• Partner with customers and the process team to translate requirements into manufacturable solutions and SOPs.
