Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Lead Activities Coordinator to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of guest activities, clubs, and holiday events at Big Cedar properties. You will provide leadership to the Activities Coordinators, ensure safe and fun programs, and act as a positive representative for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR & First Aid certifications required.
• 1–3 years of group activities experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Activities Coordinators in Kids' Club programs and implement environmentally oriented programs.
• Oversees and trains associates within the Activities team on various options and classes.
• Manage setup, execution and supervision of guests' participation in activities during major holidays and events.
• Enhance guest experience through engaging activities and align schedules with department goals.
• Conduct group recreational activities including games, arts & crafts, and outdoor adventures.
• Manage inventory for activities and ensure supplies are on hand for events.
• Assist other associates in operating facilities and maintaining spaces.
• All other duties as assigned.
