Job summary

Bass Pro Shops seeks a Seasonal Events Associate to support store events and participate in short-term assignments throughout the year. The role emphasizes delivering a legendary customer experience, assisting buyers, and promoting membership and pickup programs in a lively retail setting.

This part-time position requires good communication and teamwork, the ability to operate in a busy environment with families and children, and a commitment to safety and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to assist customers and make change.
• Ability to perform data entry and communicate in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Support world class customer service and provide a pleasant shopping experience.
• Assist customers in making buying decisions and promote programs like CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with management, coworkers, children and customers.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal events.
• Facilitate in-house outdoor skills workshops.
• Participate in store events as scheduled.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
