FirstService Residential in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Lead Accountant to deliver timely financial statements and partner with internal and outsourced teams. You will ensure GAAP compliance, manage month-end close, and provide guidance to vendors and departments.

As a Lead Accountant, you will collaborate and work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate financial statement delivery and reporting. Act as main point of contact for accounting communication between vendors, managers, and internal departments.
Compensation: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
