AIG is seeking a Claims Examiner II for Accident & Health to manage claim resolution end-to-end with world-class service for customers and internal teams. The role emphasizes accuracy in coverage determination, timely investigations, and collaboration across stakeholders.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication, policy interpretation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Experience handling claims and resolving issues in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to read and interpret insurance policies and contracts.
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues on skill development.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all aspects of claim resolution for assigned Accident & Health claims.
• Confirm coverage by reviewing policies and documents.
• Analyze and communicate coverage positions to customers and brokers.
• Conduct, coordinate, and direct investigations into loss facts.
• Determine eligibility of claims and amounts owed under the contract.
• Recognize and pursue subrogation when warranted.
• Flag and refer potential risk and fraud cases.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
