Next Level Technician is seeking a Lead Access Control and CCTV Technician in San Antonio, TX. Earn $32–$39 per hour with weekly pay, benefits, and steady work with a national leader in low-voltage staffing.

The role requires 7+ years of commercial installation and lead experience in access control and CCTV, with knowledge of telecom/data networks and programming experience. Travel throughout the Texas region is expected.

Qualifications

7+ years of commercial installation and lead experience in access control/CCTV.
Working knowledge of telecom and data networks.
Programming experience in access control and CCTV.
Experience with Acre DNA Fusion, Verkada and Axis is a PLUS.
Manufacturer certifications, BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus.
Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots).
Willingness to travel to job sites within Texas Region as needed.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, service, and program/commission security and access control and CCTV devices.
Install door hardware (mag locks, electric strikes, etc.).
Install, service, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
Read and interpret access control and CCTV blueprints.
Work safely on ladders/lifts (comfortable with heights).
Support additional low voltage systems as needed at commercial and industrial sites (schools, hospitals, offices, warehouses, etc.).
