Next Level Technician is seeking a Lead Access Control and CCTV Technician in San Antonio, TX. Earn $32–$39 per hour with weekly pay, benefits, and steady work with a national leader in low-voltage staffing.

The role requires 7+ years of commercial installation and lead experience in access control and CCTV, with knowledge of telecom/data networks and programming experience. Travel throughout the Texas region is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial installation and lead experience in access control/CCTV.
• Working knowledge of telecom and data networks.
• Programming experience in access control and CCTV.
• Experience with Acre DNA Fusion, Verkada and Axis is a PLUS.
• Manufacturer certifications, BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus.
• Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots).
• Willingness to travel to job sites within Texas Region as needed.

• Install door hardware (mag locks, electric strikes, etc.).
• Install, service, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
• Read and interpret access control and CCTV blueprints.

• Support additional low voltage systems as needed at commercial and industrial sites (schools, hospitals, offices, warehouses, etc.).
