Job summary

Next Level Technician in Houston, TX is seeking a Lead Access Control & CCTV Technician to oversee security installations on commercial sites. You will guide 2–5 technicians, install and program access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of field experience, strong wiring and network skills, and a valid Texas Security License or related certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on commercial security/low voltage experience.
• Experience leading crews or supervising installation teams.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Willingness to travel across the Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct onsite security/low voltage teams.
• Manage daily project tasks and installations to meet deadlines.
• Install, test, and service access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
• Read wiring diagrams and blueprints for layouts.
• Coordinate with project managers and customers to keep on schedule.
• Mentor junior technicians.
