Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. in North Wales, PA (Hybrid) is seeking an Associate Director, Acceleration & Insights Operations to bridge brand teams with the Patient Support CoE.

You will own TA-specific insight generation, patient journey mapping, and scalable capability implementation across TAs, ensuring seamless integration into the broader architecture and minimizing live-ops disruption. The role requires 5+ years in biopharma patient services or operations, expertise in data analysis and CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience in biopharma patient services, program implementation, or operations.
• Experience deploying capabilities across hub, access, affordability, and adherence.

Responsibilities

• Understand TA-specific patient support designs, including workflow and feasibility.
• Bridge between brand and CoE teams to enable one-voice execution.
• Support end-to-end patient strategy execution with Stakeholders across Access, Affordability, and Adherence.
• Translate designs and requirements into operational specifications for vendors and hubs.
• Identify and resolve blockers including data integration gaps and compliance requirements.
• Maintain implementation playbooks to reduce deployment time and risk.
• Conduct TA-specific insight generation with market research and HCP feedback.
