Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharma/biotech analytics across commercial analytics and strategy.
• 4+ years leading high-performing teams in a matrix setup.
• Strong consultative mindset translating brand/commercial strategies into analytics plans.
• Executive presence to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders.
• Extensive experience with real-world datasets (claims, Rx, CRM, promotional, sales) using SQL, Python and AI tools.
• Experience with ML/AI and NLP, including segmentation & clustering.
• Self-motivated and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer model-build for segmentation, propensity and risk models.
• Own ICP and KOL analytics build, define inputs, logic and validation.
• Lead PIE and consumer extensions across data spine and predictive models.
• Drive Content Affinity analytics for targeted recommendations.
• Mentor Senior Managers and cross-functional pods; manage workload and resources.
• Prioritize work with BU leadership and articulate business value.
• Drive stakeholder collaboration and transparent program updates.
• Analyze pharma data ecosystem to inform commercial strategies.
• Apply advanced analytics, ML/AI and NLP with validation practices.
• Lead GenAI experimentation and responsible AI initiatives.
