MSD in the United States (North Wales, PA) seeks a seasoned program implementation expert to bridge brand teams and the Patient Support CoE. You will own TA-specific insights, map patient journeys, and translate designs into scalable operational capabilities that fit into existing architecture without disrupting live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in biopharma patient services, program implementation, or operations with capability deployment experience across hub, access, affordability, and adherence.
• Experience supporting patient design, insight generation, pressure-testing, and implementation for brand and CoE functions.
• Strong understanding of patient support ecosystems including hub, specialty pharmacy, access, and CRM.

Responsabilités

• Understand and pressure test TA-specific patient support designs and sequencing.
• Bridge between brand and CoE teams to enable unified execution across TA support operations.
• Drive end-to-end implementation: scoping, sequencing, and operational configuration for hub vendors and internal teams.
• Identify blockers (vendor capacity, data integration, CRM config, compliance) and escalate for resolution.
• Maintain playbooks to codify repeatable deployment processes and reduce rollout risk.
