Autism Spectrum Therapies seeks a Lead Technician to support supervision and grow toward BCBA certification. You will assist BCBAs, provide field support to BTs, and help with program development and data review.

The LT will write progress drafts, coordinate care with teams, and participate in monthly training with Clinical Manager/Director. Regular travel to client homes and schools is required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of BT experience or supervision background.
• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Available 8:00 a.m.–8:30 p.m., Mon–Fri with some weekends.
• Regular travel to homes and schools within the region.
• Selection by Clinical Supervisors for LT positions.

Aufgaben

• Assist BCBA with supervisory duties and direct intervention as needed.
• Provide field support to BTs and act as a floater for school cases.
• Write drafts of progress reports and review client programs.
• Conduct program development and coordinate care with other providers.
• Attend monthly training/coaching sessions with managers.
