Job summary

Behavioral Concepts in Boston seeks a Managing Technician (MT) to provide clinical direction to technicians, assist Behavior Analysts with protocol modifications, and deliver ABA therapy under supervision. This role emphasizes data integrity and collaboration within LEARN Behavioral, a nationwide ABA network.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year ABA experience, and BCBA hours toward certification; Master’s in ABA preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required and BCBA eligible or accruing hours toward certification.
Enrolled in a Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in the field of ABA.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to cases and employment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in staff leadership or supervision is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical direction to technicians for assigned clients.
Assist Behavior Analysts in protocol modification, assessments and family treatment guidance.
Deliver behavior treatment by protocol to clients as needed.
Ensure data collection and recording with fidelity and reliability.
Attend required trainings and meetings; document services accurately.
Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly and adhere to policies.
