Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Lead Technician to support high-quality ABA treatment delivery in Roxbury, MA. You will mentor Behavior Technicians and assist Behavior Analysts while ensuring protocol fidelity and reliable data collection.

Ideal candidates bring 1,000+ hours of ABA experience, strong clinical competence, and the ability to guide teammates in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth within the LEARN Behavioral network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1,000 hours of ABA experience and advanced clinical competence.
• Education: High School Diploma.
• Certification, registration and/or license as required by local statutes and/or policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behavior treatment by protocol to clients using ABA principles.
• Attend scheduled treatment sessions and provide alternate coverage.
• Provide clinical support, mentoring and coaching to technicians.
• Follow all client treatment and safety processes and procedures.
• Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies.
• Collect and record data with fidelity and reliability.
