Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Managing Technician to provide clinical direction to Behavior Technicians under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. You will support complex cases, ensure services are delivered with fidelity, and help develop technicians’ skills.

The role emphasizes mentoring, adherence to treatment protocols, and collaborative work with the supervising analyst to advance clinical outcomes for children with autism and related needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2,000 hours of ABA experience and demonstrated advanced clinical competence or enrollment in a Master's program for ABA or related field.
• Certification, registration and/or license as required by local statutes/policies.
• Actively looking for ways to help people.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction to behavior technicians for assigned clients under supervision of a Behavior Analyst.
• Assist Behavior Analysts in protocol modification, assessments and family treatment guidance.
• Deliver behavior treatment by protocol using ABA principles.
• Attend scheduled treatment sessions and provide alternate coverage.
• Provide clinical support, mentoring and coaching to technicians.
• Follow all client treatment and safety processes and procedures.
