Job summary

LEARN Behavioral in Long Beach, CA seeks a Managing Technician Autism Spectrum Therapies to provide clinical direction to behavior technicians under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst.

Applicants should have 2,000+ hours of ABA experience and be enrolled in a Master's program or possess advanced clinical competence; full-time staff receive comprehensive benefits and PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2,000 hours of ABA experience.
• Advanced clinical competence and/or enrollment in a Master's program for ABA.
• Certification, registration and/or license as required by local statutes/policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction to behavior technicians under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst.
• Assist Behavior Analysts in protocol modification, assessments and family treatment guidance.
• Deliver behavior treatment by protocol to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
• Attend scheduled treatment sessions and provide alternate coverage.
• Provide clinical support, mentoring and coaching to technicians.
• Follow all client treatment and safety processes and procedures as instructed.
• Document services delivered accurately and timely per company policies.
• Collect and record data with fidelity and reliability.
• Complete administrative duties as assigned.
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings; adhere to compliance policies.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• This role has no supervisory responsibilities but may coach/mentor other employees.
