Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with required field work hours and ABA experience.
• Active state licensure per local regulatory requirements.
• Completion of 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics as described in WAC 246-805-220 and supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience

Active state licensure per local requirements

WAC 246-805-210 compliance with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics

Supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230
