Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field required.
• 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Complete supervised experience requirement per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
