Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment plans, supervise therapists, and coach caregivers across center, home, school, or telehealth settings. This salaried, exempt role reports to the Group Clinical Manager and offers dynamic growth within CARD’s nationwide network.

Requirements include a Master’s in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, plus ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Oversee supervision hours and therapy hours (minimum 120 per month).
• Collaborate with caregivers and coordinate care with other professionals.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data tracking.
