The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across multiple settings, including center, home, school, and telehealth. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with families, and meticulous documentation.

Successful candidates hold a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, and ASD experience, with exceptional communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Supervise and coach behavior technicians in treatment delivery.
• Coordinate care with caregivers, payers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and data tracking.
